Crioablación percutánea en el tratamiento del carcinoma renal
The objective of this work is to deepen the knowledge of the oncological results of image-guided percutaneous cryoablation in patients clinically diagnosed with renal mass in clinical stage T1a. The objective is to know if the characteristics and comorbidities of patients undergoing percutaneous cryoablation of a renal tumor have a negative impact on the success of the percutaneous technique and, at the same time, to assess if these are associated with a greater number of complications Identify if the systems of renal nephrometry, used in urological surgery, for the preoperative anatomical evaluation of tumors (R.E.N.A.L score and PADUA score) in the prediction of the risk of complications in image-guided percutaneous treatment. Carry out a comparative study between two matched cohorts of patients treated with Cryoablation versus patients treated with partial nephrectomy and evaluate the oncological results between both cohorts.
